INCUB TRAINING promoted by CULTOUR+
The project and platform INCUB TRAINING have been selected to be applied within the CULTOUR+ project.
CULTOUR+ is a Strategic Partnership (Erasmus+ KA2, call 2015), of universities, local governments, SMEs and NGOs, that following the mainlines of the Higher Education Modernisation Agenda, will offer high quality and innovative tools and courses based on innovation, international mobility and cross-border cooperation to enhance capacity building in higher education curricula in the fields of cultural tourism and hospitality, cultural management and shared cultural heritage. CULTOUR+ aims to promote entrepreneurship in Higher Education, making Entrepreneurship Education a basic feature in related curricula, disseminating best practices and fostering projects for creating employment opportunities for graduates in knowledge-intensive jobs in the cultural management, tourism and hospitality sectors.
The project will focus on coaching a small number of selected business plans and projects (at least two for each participant country; 35 proposals are being accompanied in a first phase), taking them as real life examples and models through the training program. The aim is that with the theoritical online classes about how to write a business plan, the CULTOUR+ entrepreneurs will be able to formulate realistic qualitt plans and thus will have better opportunities to implement them sucessfully.
This partnership has 9 partners from Spain, Portugal (including UTAD which is also a partner of the INCUB TRAINING project), Bulgaria, Poland, Greece and Italy. The Lead Partner is the University of Extremadura (Spain).
The staff and final beneficiaries are already inscribed on the e-learning platform of INCUB TRAINING.
